Welcome to Step at Full Fitness Gym! Step consists of choreographed movements performed on a raised platform accompanied with music. Regular sessions provide cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
As a class it incorporates both upper and lower body movements together which improves your co-ordination and agility. The constant leg push up onto the step increases leg strength as well as providing toning of the legs and glutes.
Step is a cardiovascular workout which makes your heart and lungs work more efficiently. It is proven to burn up to 600 calories per hour which helps you maintain a healthy weight and avoid weight related problems, such as heart disease, diabetes and joint pain.
