Free Weights, Functional and Cross Fit Exercise
Watton doesn’t really have a functional space to utilise movement exercises until now. We can help you incorporate a cross fit or functional workout into your plan using free weights, kettles and rigs. The battle ropes and other classes will help with this like fighting fit and Boot Camp.
The free weights area at Full Fitness Gym incorporates many machine as well but is in two areas, one a dedicated 2000sqft area with its own toilets and two duplicate sets of dumbbells up to 50kg. We currently have over 8 adjustable benches along with several fixed ones making sure you can exercise without weighting.
