Spin is a cardio workout replicating cycling. It is set to music, the rhythms establishing the pace of the ride. No hills in Norfolk? Don’t believe it! The spin room is full of them!
Expect to sit tight for an hour and burn over 700 calories! The intensity of the workout varies through the class but you can go at your own pace. Although it is a group exercise class, your workout is all about you.
