Young Guns Jnr Gym Members can come to Full Fitness Gym and keep fit and workout.

Don’t be shy – adults won’t need to join in. You can sit in reception and enjoy a coffee or stay in the studio and watch them train.

We prepare our classes so that children between 4-16 years can train together with circuits that will help promote an active lifestyle, encourage them to play team games and improve communication skills.

We hope that our fun activities during the week will tick the box for your children. Trust the professionals. We know what we’re doing so let your children join in – join them up to save even more money. 

To maintain a basic level of health, children and young people aged 5 to 18 need to do at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day – this should range from moderate activity, such as cycling and playground activities, to vigorous activity, such as running and tennis. – NHS Guidelines

You can bring your young guns into Jnr Gym for JUST £3 per child per class. This is a instructor-led class guiding your children into the fun-filled physical activity.

You can even sign into a membership for your child for just £20 per month. This will allow them to exercise all week every week.

Sessions will run just before adult classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 

17:00 – 18:00 hrs. 

If your children can arrive 5-10 mins before class starts it will allow us to organize them and get everyone ready.
